ONEPLUS - BAD PHONE AND BAD SERVICE AFTER ANDROID 11

For 15+ years we’ve been with T-Mob and for many years it was fantastic, but now it’s full of rude and incompetent people. We had one representative about 6 months that was excellent but never again.

My phone was fine before the Android 11 update. Now among other things, apps don’t work, overheats, drops both wi-fi & data, gallery slow and sometime non-existent.

The worst is that I’ve spent hours on end on the phone, the chat, messenger, you name it. The keep asking the same questions even when they already know the answer. After several months I’m stuck with the same faulty phone and the same terrible service.

Can’t deny that we’d like to stay for the convenience, but when you’re in an emergency a “We sincerely Apologize for the Inconvenience” won’t help.
