page poops up when trying to call

Each time I go to make a call..a page pops up ..I have to click OK to remove it .something about video calling .the Link .is NoGood! How do I deleted the Aggravating page? Thanks so much..

might be in your dialer settings..what phone is it? and what exactly is it asking you?

 

a screen shot of what its saying would be even better...just avoid any personal info including phone numbers..scratch those out.
