Pandemic SPRINT customer needs new phone

My PHONE has been disabled(turned off by SPRINT) and I would like to order new one to have it delivered, is it possible.  And, has the deadline for making the change been extended?

By disabled/turned off by Sprint.  I’m not sure exactly what you mean by that.  Was that at your request?  Was that for non-payment?  Was it for some other reason?  No one here has access to accounts, whether it’s T-Mobile or Sprint.  Try reaching out to Customer Care or to the T-Force Team via Facebook or Twitter to see if they can give you the information you are looking for.
