My husband bought me a new phone from Best Buy.
It’s the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. But it’s not in my account after I put the SIM card in???
Please help me with this.

Does the phone work and a Tmobile branded phone? I bought my wife an unlocked Pixel 5A 5G and it shows as a Pixel 4A since Tmobile doesn't sell the 5A 5G
