eSIM’s are not free. You need to purchase one, which will come with the barcode you need to scan. eSIM’s, like physical SIM’s, are only possible to activate once and once that SIM is deactivated. It can’t be reactivated.

Thanks: Wow this I did not know. A few months ago when I was trying to install the eSIM, they had a code on the screen (which I should have saved) but they said to activate I still need to talk to an agent. Now they have removed the chat feature and the QR code. Sometimes I just lose my mind with solving simple problems that make you go around in infinite loops. I still cannot find a way to chat with their customer service as I cannot make calls right now.

You can create an esim on the Pixel 6, you just need the phone number to assign.
