Received my OS13 update (April 5, 2023) for OnePlus 9 Pro (Model LE2127). Known issues:
(1) Hidden Apps do not work. Previously hidden apps are no longer accessible by dialing #(pin)#. Phone registers the correct pin, but instead of displaying the apps, the screen swipes down and closes and only displays the phone keypad. Apps can be found by typing name of app in SEARCH under app locker, which should not occur as these should be entirely hidden from view. NO KNOWN FIX
(2) APP LOCK, HIDE APPS and PRIVATE SAFE do not function properly. Once 6 digit passcode is typed, the screen swipes down and closes. None of these functions work. NO KNOW FIX.
(3) No way to take photos within Messages to add directly to the message. Once the photo is snapped and the check selected to add to the message, the photo disappears and is no where to be found.
FIX: Install GOOGLE MESSENGER to replace ONEPLUS MESSENGER app.
(4) MAJOR battery drain issues even after battery optimization. Battery is at 17-25% after 8 hours on standby.
