Sorry for this dumb question, but I just got my new upgrade and looks like I got the SIM into the phone right and things switched over, but now what? How do I actually activate and use the phone?
Also I’m seeing how frustrated everyone is with this phone so now I’m really scared I made a mistake that I’m stuck with for years!

Is it the old sim or the sim that came with the new phone?
If it’s a new sim you can go to your MyTmobile account and change it from there or you can call Tmobile.
