I’m not alone in that my new S24 has an issue with the screen brightening and dimming all on its own, with Adaptive Brightness turned off.  It is driving me crazy. Samsung support had me turn everything off including gestures as well to try to get it to stop. Nothing stops it. We even sent back my first phone and got a replacement with the exact same problem. One can only hope that since it’s a known issue, Samsung will correct it soon with an update. Not holding my breath though. This may be the last Samsung phone I ever purchase for myself or my family if this goes unresolved.  Also, Samsung has ruined their camera as far as I am concerned with the post processing destroying of photo. This software needs MAJOR overhaul. I have had nothing but Samsung phones. My previous S21 Ultra was great and the camera was wonderful. Sadly I replaced it with a new phone that pales in comparison to it.
