I have a Samsung Galaxy s21 5G that is currently running android 12, purchased directly from Samsung.  I have been waiting for the update to 13, but whenever I check, the system keeps saying that my software is up to date.  I’ve spoken to tmobile through chat support, but they suggested I bring it to a tmobile facility to look at.  I’d rather avoid that since the last time that I went to a tmobile store it was over an hour wait, and I’d hate to see what it’s like during the holidays. I’d appreciate any assistance to this.  Thank you.

Visit XDA to find the update link to load manually.  If the update is available for your model but your device isn't receiving it.  You might need to do a factor reset without restoring any data using SmartSwitch.  If you purchased your device from AT&T.  They are the only carrier that Samsung has a deal with not not allow their device updates to be pushed across all cellular networks.
