Samsung S21 Ultra 5G

Phone recently updated. Issue started when display was dark mode, but now applies to either display mode. 

When phone turns off via the power button, not full shut down mode, after a one or two seconds the display screen has a faint green glow. It is like it is starting up, but doesn’t.  This is a recent issue, I don’t know if it has to do with the version update. Other than the last 48 hours, have never had this issue. I have turned it upside down and in dark, still happens, so not sure what else to try.

to be honest you might just opt to pull the trigger, back the phone up and factory reset it..odds are you’ll be asked to do this anyways. if that still doesnt fix it you’ll need to take it in to be looked at.

 

you might also jump over to Samsungs forums and see if this is being mentioned over there with this device or not..if it is mentioned it might also include what all people have tried to fix it and and or why its happening.
