My boss has a Dual Sim Samsung S22 Ultra phone purchased in Australia
It has an Australian Telstra Esim and a T-mobile physical sim inserted into the phone.
When the Australian phone number is called the phone does not ring (we simply receive a text message to say we’ve missed a call)
When the US phone number is called the phone does ring.
If we take the T-mobile sim out of the phone – the phone will ring when the Australian number is called.
We have gone through all of the settings on the phone & we can’t find anything that doesn’t look right.
Has anyone else had this problem & come up with a solution?
