I want to switch my old SIM card into a new SIM card how do I do it
Do you have the new Sim card? If you do depending on the phone you may have to get the back off your phone. Some phones have the sim card behind the battery. T mobile can help you install if you can not figure it out.

If you have a newer phone with a non removable battery there's a sim card door that has a little hole that you use a sim card removal tool or paper clip to pop it open.
If you have a post paid plan you can sign into your mytmobile account and find the tab to change your sim card number.
