I have had my Galaxy S10 for almost 2 years now but for some reason it will randomly say that there is no SIM card inserted and will only let me make emergency phone calls/texts. I have to restart the phone and it usually will work then. However, the past 2 days it happened about 5 times. Anybody know why or what I can do to stop this from happening?
First remove the SIM and clean the contacts with a soft cloth and try again. If that doesn’t fix it, try cleaning the contacts with some rubbing alcohol. If that doesn’t fix it, call Customer Service, or visit a store, and request a replacement SIM.
Thank you!
