The last two days I have been receiving an error “Your phone’s not registered on a network, so you can only make emergency calls.” when making a calls. This is only the last two days. The error seemed to go away when I took out my SIM card and put it back in for a refresh. It is now not working at all. Please assist as I cannot even call T-Mobile.

Much appreciated,

Sason Danley

Sometimes phones get confused. When this happens you can generally fix it by rebooting. If that doesn’t work try turning WiFi calling off/on. Another setting to try would be the preferred network mode LTE/3G, Also, try manually selecting T-Mobile’s network.

If you have access to Internet, you can get help via Twitter @TMobileHelp or use WiFi Calling to contact customer service. Also, a VoIP app (Google Voice, Skype Out, Viber Out) can call customer service at 1-800-937-8997, No one on this community forum has access to your account or connection information.
