If I allow system update to Android 12, my hearing aid software will not work.
They will fix this eventually, but is there a way to suspend or delay auto update?

Android 12 has been an issue for a lot of manufacturers and even more so for OnePlus due to a code merger between OnePlus and OPPO. That code merger will be abandoned for Android 13. You should be able to turn off automatic system updates in your devices settings. If the option isn’t there, go into About Phone and tap on the build number 7 times. This will enable Developer Options under System, where you can turn off Automatic System Updates. This won’t stop it from downloading, but it will stop it from installing it when the device reboots. Let it download the update and remain downloaded so it doesn’t keep trying to download it. It just won’t install it with automatic updates turned off.
