so the t-mobile aura app was automatically installed on my phone last night and the t-mobile play app proudly displayed two large notifications regarding this fact on my home screen inviting me to perform various acts.
these notifications could not be swipe / dismissed, so i went into t-mobile play, disabled notifications, and rebooted the phone.
this got the t-mobile aura spam off my home screen.
