I keep getting messages from ?? kIDK/https://www.t-mobile.com/ on my cell phone that are ads about prizes from T-Mobile. . How can I permanently stop these. ??

Those are not coming from T-Mobile. The characters and slash before the https is a pretty good giveaway. You can try to block the message sender through your messaging app but there is a good chance the senders number, e-mail, or shortcode is spoofed.
