text problem after picture sent to me

Once someone tries to text me a picture I quit getting texts from them. They receive my text and checked and they are not blocked? I am getting texts from everybody else except my mom and my wife who tried to send me pictures via text?????

I do not work for Tmobile and my suggestions and or opinions are my own**.~~~~ The site here is primarily peer to peer with some TMO moderation to keep the site in order..They do not have account access..The prefered method would be to contact TMO through either calling in (tier 1 support) or by contacting them through either Facebook/Twitter (tier 2 support)**~~~~
