Well I tried to use my T-Mobile billing method, but it's not working because it says it is unavailable, and I don't why?

The online payment system has unfortunately been broken for quite some time.  To either re-add your card back on to your account or make a payment without going into a store.  You will need to call Customer Care.

re Install the app, so it refreshes.

 

when you download the app, before you use it and log in, turn off wifi. so It kinds of set up correctly. once you can see everything normal, should work normally with wifi or lte on.
