4 days ago I clicked on the TMobile upgrade on my phone and that was the biggest mistake. 2 days after the upgrade, my phone (S7) turned off and restarted itself. I know my phone is old but it had been working perfectly before that.
Today as I was listening to music, my phone turned off by itself and completely died. Tried to reset to no avail. Has this happened to anyone? This sucks cause I was looking to trade in for a rebate on a new phone and now I can’t do this.
Please help.
