I got a new phone a few days ago. I kept my old one since it was paid off. However when someone try to call me or goes to my old phone not the new one.

How did you go about “getting” a new phone? Did you move the SIM from the old one to the new one? If you call your own number from the new phone, what happens? Does the old phone ring or does the call go to voicemail? If the old phone rings, what’s the ID of the calling number.
