I can't get the volume popup to go away, see picture attached. It is blocking everything, I cannot unlock my phone, I cannot restart my phone, I can't do anything. Is there another way to restart my phone? S10+

is that happening with say Netflix or anything else you can stream or just Spotify?

 

does that stay there even if you keep holding down the power button to get to shut down options? the power down overlay doesnt go over that?

Hey there, yikes, that looks like a wacky situation with the volume banner. 

Have you tried a force restart by pressing and holding the volume down and power keys together? Let go when you feel the phone vibrate and the Samsung logo appears.
