We are able to send text messages from all our iphones to Switzerland, but we cannot receive the replies. The Swiss phone numbers are not blocked, apple i messages work, no problems with Androids within the US.

Try using a different app besides iMessages and see if you can receive.

Are the Swiss phones sending to your number in the format +1XXXYYYZZZZ ?
This has suddenly started happening to me as well! I have two separate TMo lines on separate billings (office and home). Both Samsung phones. Now neither of them can receive texts from Switzerland. I can send and they are received, but I cannot get responses. Help!
FYI All was fine in January so something changed between then and now.
I just tried to receive a text from my Swiss friend on a Verizon Samsung phone and it too did not work. So it’s not just TMo. Maybe a Samsung/Android issue or a Switzerland issue.
