My  Z-Flip 3 has started powering off any time the phone is closed. I’ve gone to two different stores and not received any help at all, aside from an employee desyncing all my bluetooth devices and saved wifi networks and credentials. Went to the “local” repair shop location to be told that they’re not doing any repairs at this time (30 minute trip each direction during my work day), and the only option while attempting to file a claim is to replace the phone. 

I’ve looked online and apparently all that is needed is to replace the screen, but I can’t even reach a human being willing to talk about this option- anybody else having this problem, and any advice for how to get it solved?

by “desyncing” your connections do you mean they performed a factory reset on your device to see if that would fix it?
