It's been 127 for me. Waiting on a good answer.
Same, getting 128 and 2300 MAURITIUS only showing on usage not receiving on device. Have 4 lines on account and all are experiencing this.. Tech Dept. has no answers. Just said possible spoofing and to change passwords for iPhones or devices I have.

I have called customer care spent over 2 hours on the phone with them , without an answer yet. Was told they are working on it. Mine are incoming from 127 and 128.
128 and 2300 MAURITIUS only showing on usage not receiving on device. This is due to you having a blocked number and that number sending messages. You don’t see the text messages but it will show up on the usage bill.
So I have narrowed it down to what’s app.. when a call or text comes in this is the number that matches the time stamp and the call log.. in the past I would get 99999 and that is sending a iMessage through and email address… I can only narrow this down to iPhone not sure with android .. hope this helps .. and I have never seen the common 127
if I understand correctly when a mssg or call comes through to What’s App it is recorded by TMobile as a text notification from 128? Thanks for shedding light. One of our lines has tons of these.
I don't think it is Whatsapp because I don't have, nor do I use that or any other type of messaging app and I'm still seeing 128 and 2300 showing up in my message logs.

Yes. I have two phones on my account and 128 & 2300 show up on both.
Was on the phone with T-Mobile last night customer service. They just give you a runaround a bunch of different excuses. Told the guy I didn’t have binge service and then he said OK well it’s my voicemail to text, which I don’t have that either then he proceeded to say don’t worry about it. You’re not getting billed for it so no reasoning at all
