I am having a little trouble finding out if what I’m looking for. Basically, I changed my number in December, but want to see old message & call logs from the number I had prior to December. Is there a way to make this happen?

Have you tried signing into your Mytmobile account and check your old bills.
You could also visit a T-mobile store and ask for those bills to be printed if they don't appear in your my.t-mobile.com account for some reason.
