Apple product issue!

I am an apple product user, and I am using apple 11pro and MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), as of the new user I hadn't faced any issue within one year but after that, I had faced update issue of both of the devices, also connecting issue with my iPhone and MacBook, I can't share anything between the device but the problem now is solved I checked my laptop someone macbook repair near me, and they are updated my OS and changed SSD drive as affordable price. as of now, I want to move T-mobile, the product is very good and secure.

My friends bought a phone through T mobile in the USA, they gave it to me but they don’t remember the ID. Contact APPLE we need a receipt for purchase, please provide a duplicate check in the my e-mail @magenta10603556
