Hi. Just accepted my tenants cell phone in trade for past due rent and food money. She swears it’s ok, but I checked it on a “blacklist” app and it comes up as blacklisted. What do I do now?

There's not a lot you can do. Only the person who made the list or stolen phone can lift it. If it's blacklisted for non payment that person would need to pay the bill or the balance of the phone.
