Hi. I bought an Iphone 5S on eBay auction and it was stated as factory ulocked from T-mobile, but seems like this wasn't true cause when i put my Vodaphone sim-card an Iphone doesn't support it. Please check does IMEI 35 202606 482320 5 locked or not and could seller send an unlock request without phone?

The only person who can unlock the phone is the original owner of the phone.

Unfortunately hi doesn't care, here is what he replied to me:

Hi, I just saw your message. I did not use this phone myself. It was in such great condition and was supposed to be unlocked but for use through T Mobile. I did not have a SIM card for it but it should work. There are directions online to unlock an iPhone, or you can go to a T Mobile store for help , I believe.

I am sorry I cannot be more help. I am not good with gadgets and phones and I always go to the Best Buy store for my tech support. Please do try your local T Mobile store.

Thanks for letting me know. I hope it is something simple to fix!

Unless you are a current or former T-Mobile customer, they cannot help you. You will have to pay for a third-party unlock service.
