Enabled touch ID in the iphone app, now it doesn't work

When I logged into the iphone app today, I accepted the option to use touch ID.  Now when I go to the app, I’m presented with “Sorry we’re not ready for you yet.  We’re working on improving your app experience.” with a button “Go to”.  No other buttons or options.

Rebooting the app doesn’t help.

I’m pretty sure that I have the latest version of the T-mobile app.  iOS version is 13.5.1.  iPhone 6S.

There may have been a temporary glitch causing the issue. Can you test again? If not, the next step I’d recommend is to uninstall / reinstall the app.

You can try to perform a full restore with iTunes and see if the problem would be fixed.
