So I ordered the iPhone 13 from T-Mobile but it was financed and I did put insurance on it because I have already broken 2 phones. It says it was delivered yesterday but I don’t see it, I don’t know what to do since it’s is financed and I don’t want to have to buy a new ohone
If tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, then delivery must have been to the wrong address or worst case, your package was stolen. Either case, just call Tmobile support and tell them to find out what happened and to send you a replacement phone. You are under no legal obligation to purchase another phone and pay twice since you never took possession of the phone.
The only thing that can complicate your resolution is if you authorized delivery without signature.
