Nope. I had called at 7:59am and the rep after going through the identification part with me at 8:05 wasn’t able to place the order. They are supposedly calling me back. I did try to place the order originally using the app but it came back with JOD has to call.
Keep trying, after 3 hours, chat was able to process JOD order. Unbelievable!
I received a call back about an hour ago and placed my order. This is the most chaotic preorder process I’ve experienced with T-Mobile. I’ve been with them almost 10 years.
I got a similar call back. They gave me a $50 account credit, effectively paying the taxes on my trade-in.
im JOD so couldnt upgrade online. called at 8:00am and was on the phone till 9:46am . the rep just could not get my order placed. I ended walking across the street to the t-mobile store and they were able to get it placed in 5 mins.
