My phone is about 4 months old. This morning it just stop working it will not power on at all. I try changing the charges because that’s what I though the problem was however I was wrong. I plugged my ipad its charging perfectly with that same charge. I also try my husbands and it also charges my ipad and his phone but not mine. I have insurance however can T-mobile replace it? I do not want to wait for them to mail out a phone.

if you have an apple store anywhere around you you might opt to take it to them first in case they can do something for it. as for the insurance replacement stores dont keep those..that is all through the insurance company to ship to you unfortunately.

If you don't have an apple store close by you can try a Ifixit store. They recently were bought out by one of the phone insurance companies. My wife's screen broke and they fixed it for free.
