Hulu Former Sprint Customer

I am a former Sprint customer. When T-Mobile took over I was supposed to maintain my FREE Hulu (with Ads) account. When the new year (2024) came around I lost my connection with Hulu. My original email for Hulu was incorrect, set up by my son. I talked to T-Mobile several times and they assured me I was STILL entitled to my Free Hulu. Every time I tried to set up the account I would get a message there was a problem. The link just brought me back to signing up for Hulu for $7.99 a month? After several months of speaking to T-Mobile, Hulu, and anyone else associated with this problem I gave up. All I want is what I am entitled to.
