I switched from AT&T carrier to T-Mobile. Now I can’t receive security texts from SimpliSafe.
call in to TMO or contact them through Facebook/Twitter and have them add on short code texts..it is not something that is automatically added onto your account since not everyone wants it.
I have the same issue after switching from AT&T to T-Mobile. T-Mobile checked my account to be sure that short code texts were enabled, They assured me that they were, but I still cannot receive texts from the code 82539, the simplisafe short code.
Resolved… I tried sending STOP and then START to 82539. That resolved my issue!
