I don't understand my payment

I see my bill is STILL 340+ dollars and 3 of the lines are paid off, yet my bill is the SAME as if the items still had a balance. How is this possible… if my plan is 148 dollars and my remaining equipment is 150, which is 290… why is the bill 340+?

You can always view your bill details on My.T-Mobile.com or by logging into the T-Mobile app. The BILL tab shows a breakdown of your charges by category or by line so it is easier to see exactly what you are being charged for. If you check that out and have questions about a specific charge, we would be happy to try and help it make a bit more sense.
