I'm getting an error trying to buy a new iPhone and a new line

I try it online,  it doesn’t work I get this error “Your current T-Mobile account type isn’t supported on apple.com.”

 

I also went to the apple store,  no luck,.  

 

This is a standard phone.  I’m trying to do the yearly upgrade program.  I have two lines currently, already doing the yearly upgrade program.  

 

This would be a new line and new phone.

I’m having this issue as well. I’ve been in the iPhone Upgrade Program for a couple years and I wanted to switch my current iPhone 12 Pro for a 12 mini when I got this error.

what plan are both of you on? and how many lines do you currently have on said plan?

I’m on the “Magenta 1.0 Amplified” plan with 2 phone lines and 2 Apple Watch lines.

I’m on Business plan with 4 lines.  I got same message when I tried to upgrade on Apple.
