Hey all, been having my iphone acting really funky lately so opted to file an insurance claim. Phone is totally locked and wont be recognized by itunes, comp, or my laptop. So my question is, since the iphone 6s has been discontinued for a while now, will Assurant bless me with a iphone 7? Does anyone have any insight on this?
Iphone 6s Plus...I have a VM on my phone that won't delete. When I call into my vm it says i have no vm's on the server. But it's still on my phone. Have been to Apple to make sure it's not a phone problem. Have contacted tmobile to see what they can do. Nothing has worked. Any ideas?
Hi,I had a question that I feel like I couldn't find an answer for. Basically I have an iPhone 7 (Verizon Work) and a personal phone with TMo. I am wanted to know if anyone has any experience with one of the newer iPhones or any phone that I can switch to having just 1 phone but use both. I was wondering if I got an iPhone R or XS if I could put a sim in and use the eSim and that would all work. Thanks!
If I convert one of my phone lines to a eSIM Digits line for an Apple Watch 3, will people still be able to call and text the phone number assigned to that line, in addition to being able to call and text the phone its paired to?My question is hard to communicate, I think I am asking if it's still a "real" incoming phone line. I do understand that I would not be able to initiate calls or texts that appear to come from that number. I don't want to lose the ability to receive calls/texts from that line. Its ok if they only go to the watch itself.
I purchased an iphone 8+ for my granddaughter. She is in Kansas, I am in California. The account is in my name. I pay the bill. She is replacing a 6+. When she attempts to set up/activate the 8+ she is asked for the last 4 of my ssn. It will not accept that. Says cannot verify. She then went to the T-Mobile store. They took a new sim and copied info from old. Still does it. They have "never seen this before". Sent her to Apple Store. Apple store reset the phone via itunes and they get same message. The last 4 on ssn is correct in the account. Apple said new phone will do same thing if she exchanges it. So, she goes home and gets on phone with T-Mobile tech and he can't figure it out. He then connects to Apple tech. They have never seen this before. TMobile leaves conversation. Apple tech sends her to Apple Care....she was then cut off. So, does anyone have ANY IDEAS? Please don't say change carriers, buy Android, etc. It's a 60 mile round trip to either Apple or TMobile. It sure would
I‘m grandfathered on the “200 MB/30 day Free Data for Life” data plan which i set up on my iPad Air 2 four years ago. My iPad is currently running iOS 12.1. Up until recently if I went to the iOS Settings -> Cellular screen it woild show that I was on the FDFL plan and show how many MB I have left. Now it says I’m on a “T-Mobile - No Annual Contract Mobile Internet” plan with 0 bytes left which expires in 73 days. If I tap Manage T-Mobile Account and log in I can see the correct plan and how much data and days I have left, but it no longer shows that in the Cellular settings. See screenshots. I’ve tried rebooting and hard resetting my iPad, but that makes no difference. As far as I can tell the plan is still active as I can use mobile data and the data left change when I log into https://mim.t-mobile.com/primary/openPage . It’s just not displaying the correct plan on the ipad itself. Any idea how to get this working?
Hello fellow T-Mobile community I’m sure you all have been wondering the same thing I have been.Is there a monthly subscription through T-Mobile that can on my monthly cell phone plan?Almost like Netflix on US that would make it easy for a lot of peo who may use this music streaming. Also maybe with other music streaming apps in the future could have this option too?
after you receive comfirmation email for unlock, and the 24 hrs pass. can we put another carriers sim card already after the 24hrs or do you have to erase and restore from a backup on a computer to get it to unlock?
lets say after the 24 hrs if i take my iphone again to another carrier and if it says that message "your sim is not supported" or something like that what do we do? email that i got doesn't really specify.

So recently I’ve been having problems with voicemail to where it says that I don’t have a valid voicemail I have tried to reset it and all and my phones in my wife’s phone I having the same problem no one can leave voicemails we don’t have visual voicemails and we can’t access our voicemail.
I recently reset my Apple Watch and now I can't connect it to a cellular line on my account. I've tried connecting it but instead, it creates a new line. I tried contacting support to help me connect my catch to the line it was on before but they told me there was a way I can do it myself however I can't figure out how to do it.
My brother and his wife live in Beijing. Up to recently they've used Chinese brand phones. They have a T-Mobile postpaid account for use in the U.S. Two lines. And two kids who will likely get phones in the next couple of years. My brother bought an iPhone XS in New York a few months ago, only to find that T-Mobile does not support eSIM for postpaid accounts. He's now bought an iPhone XS in Hong Kong, which comes with two physical SIM slots. (The iPhone XS sold for China has two physical SIM slots, instead of one eSIM and one physical SIM.)I am really annoyed with T-Mobile for supporting eSIM for prepaid accounts, but not postpaid. This is totally unacceptable.I've suggested that my brother look at Google Fi. I don't know if it has the same issue on eSIMs, but Google Fi beats T-Mobile handily on international data roaming. (Which is the main reason he is with T-Mobile in the first place, but that's a different complaint.)Annoyed enough that I may consider Google Fi too. We only have 6 l
I am a junior female student in China. Last week I bought the first iPhone-iPhone XR in my life at a mobile phone shop near my school. The merchant told me that this is a brand new mobile phone. I am very happy. ! Because this is the first time in my life to buy a mobile phone with my scholarship. However, when I used the fifth day, my favorite cell phone didn't signal. I tried to restore the phone, but found that the phone could not be activated. I realized that I was cheated. My classmates told me after reading my mobile phone: "This is a lock machine, you can no longer use it."I tried to find this store and told him the problems I had encountered, but they didn't admit that the phone had problems and insulted me. Now, I lost my money and lost my favorite cell phone.I can't cry a tear anymore, I don't have any way, what am I doing wrong? ? ? ?Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? ? ? ?
My ex gave me his iphone 7 when we were still together now I want to sell it and it’s telling me it’s locked how do I SIM/ carrier unlock the phon? we don’t talk anymore so I don’t know his billing information or anything else needed like that to unlock the phone. And I can’t contact him because I’m blocked so I’m really stuck
Just really frustrated. It's been 3 weeks now. I have had two of my family members trying to activate Series 4 watch (w LTE). The run around TMOBILE has given us for the past 3 weeks has been shocking - transfers all over the world without ANYONE having any ability to help. And best yet, the same exact watch for me was activated on Day 1 within 10 seconds. But Watch 2 and Watch 3 are now on Day 21. Each call is 10 minutes of hold each time with a transfer and another 10 minutes of hold. TRANSFERS WITHIN THE SAME DEPARTMENT with the same questions in the first 2 minutes and then - WE CANT DO THIS SO LET ME TRANSFER YOU TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT. Oh gee. I moved to Tmobile 2 years ago for its better international plan but now thinking of going back to AT&T. A company cant be this incompetent. They are asking for SIM card. But all we need IMEI and EID.PLEASE SOMEONE FROM TMOBILE READING THIS HELP. Please DM me so I can get on a call and activate my two Apple Watches. But
