Never thought this will happen to me. I was home, UPS man came and saw car in-front of my door. He rang the bell, dropped the box at front door and left immediately. Not even 5 mins, I came out to get the box, box was opened at one end side, no phone inside. My house has camera, no one was there after Ups man left. It has to be someone intentionally take the phone because the open is not big enough foe the phone to slip out. So, either UPS man or T-mobile warehouse did this. I’m just so disappointed that it’s a expensive phone and T-mobile just ships it with no signature required. anyone has same problem? How long did it take for T mobile to investigate and send me a new phone?
My card was charged today and order status shows processing on my backordered iphone 11. How long does it normally take to go from processing to shipped?
The visual voicemail feature on my iPhone is not working correctly. Is there a fix for this with T-Mobile? I just moved four lines over to T-Mobile and this is very disappointing to find out after-the-fact that I cannot use the visual voicemail feature.
My incoming calls go directly to voice mail, even though I have at least three bars of signal inside my house and I have no issues with outgoing calls.Can T-Mobile representatives help me out in this ?I tried reaching out to customer service number but the wait time is too long.Thanks,Vimal
My phone is not working and has not worked for more than 3 months when I switched from Verizon. I spend hours every week on the phone with t-mobile and have never gotten a call back nor does the phone work. They decided it was a sim card problem so they send me a new sim card and then texted me a code so I could update the sim card. Guess what I din’t get the text because my phone DOES NOT work. Every week they have a new idea and I spend hours on the phone. They are hoping I don’t notice that my phone DOES NOT work! HELP

I just purchased new 2 phones with 2 new SIM cards… how do I know which phone goes with which SIM card… or does it matter?
I have added the gmail app and also tried adding gmail to my mail by using the email settings on the phone. Once I enter my email address… it clocks and will not allow me to enter my password. This has been happening since I got the phone in November, 2021. I need easy access to gmail on this phone. Why will it not load? I have taken it to T-Mobile in town, they can’t figure it out. Neither can a tech store.

FEDEX SAID THEY DELIVERED IT ON THURSDAY FEB 17,2022 @12:35PM.I ARRIVED HOME THE NEXT MORNING TO FIND NO PACKAGE ANYWHERE! I LATER DISCOVER THAT THE PACKAGE DID NOT REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
