I’ve already called T-mobile, the person I spoke with was useless. I recently got a new phone and now I cannot receive verification code texts. This happened before with my previous phone and when I called T-mobile they fixed it in seconds. It was something on my account they had to remove. I explained this to the person I was on the phone with, and she kept telling me there was nothing wrong with my account. She made me restart my phone, change settings, etc. and surprise, surprise nothing worked! I know it’s something they need to fix on my account because I’ve been through this before. She just wouldn’t listen. Now a ticket is being sent to engineering?! UGH this is so frustrating. Who else can I talk to? This should seriously be a 5 second fix and it’s turned into an hour-long process!
My iPhone SE is frequently losing signal and not connecting to the internet. Calls are dropped sporadically and can’t access email or 611 for T-Mobile support, but another phone on the same family plan has no problems. The phone is up to date on all updates. What can I do so it doesn’t happen again or what can fixed so it stops happening in a timely manner?
I’m looking at my account online and ready to upgrade my old iPhone 8. Every phone says there is a monthly fee of $26 to $46, except the iPhone 13 is $0. Can this be right? Is there something about the 13 I should be aware of? The mini and Pro cost in the 20-s - 30s. But I’m curious about what is going on here.I have the Magenta 55+ Plan, and my old phone is paid off.

Several different numbers, when I call them instead of getting a ring I get 3-beeps, but not always
One of the phones on my Magenta plan has suddenly begun blocking Google.com and google searches while using mobile data, across all browsers. It allows it on WiFi. All other Google services (Google Maps, Google Play) work but not google.com or the Google search app. I removed the parental controls I had set up on it and it allows Google some of the time, but still blocks it half the time. Any suggestions here?

I have begun to get three to six calls daily from random supposed local numbers which begin with a little “gong” noise when and if I answer. They all proceed to a foreign voice claiming to represent Social Security shipping department (?). Googling, I find no way to decline these calls without routing them direct to voicemail. This wouldn’t be such a problem, but for the last three weeks I was traveling in Africa and the calls continued, with each I suspect, costing me a quarter for the connection. There must be some way to either end these calls without connecting, or for T-Mobile to identify and block these calls or identify as Spam Likely and not make the connection. Would like to end this nonsense decisively. Can anyone help ???
My phone is stuck on SOS mode. I have done all of the recommended trouble shooting from Youtube videos - no luck. Completely random. Anyone have any suggestions?
I noticed that my bill kept increasing it was $64 then $71 now $75. I checked and the only thing that changed was the price for equipment which I don’t know what it means but it went up. I even traded in my device but ended up being worth nothing even though when I first got my phone it said the device I traded in was $400
I sit my phone down early this morning, had been on YouTube. I wake up at 5 am, and it won’t do anything… it is dead!! It was working just fine.
UPS supposed to be delivered to my house on October 3, 2023. They sent out notification & rescheduled to deliver on October 4, 2023, but I didn't get it until now. Checking UPS website, no information available, that’s weird! I came to T-Mobile store & told them my story, they said they can’t do anything and told me I have to wait until October 16, 2023. I reported to T-Mobile on October 17, 2023, and I don't know what’s their resolution now. When do I get my new phone? They’re already charged the order on my credit card. Does anyone can help me on this?

Received a call with “unknown” on phone and was wondering if there’s anyway to trace it to see who it is
I have been trying to set up my phone for days. I just got a new iphone and have been trying to set it up using my old apple id. The problem is, is that it needs verification. So it either wants to send me a text or an email (through my icloud email) for verification. I cannot use my number because it is not being used right now as I am trying to put it into my new phone and I cant use my imail because it needs verification from a code sent to my phone number. I have tried logging in on my computer to do this and have run into the same cycle. Does anyone know what I can do?
In my family plan, I have an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, both stopped receiving voice calls and texts at the same time on the same day. Any thoughts? or is a factory reset the only option? Did something change on the network?

Apple is offering me $600 for my iPhone where as T-Mobile is only offering "up to" $300 for trade-in. So if I go with Apple and still choose T-Mobile as my service provider do I end up owing the balance on my old phone to T-Mobile since I'm on a payment plan or ?
Hi! I just recently upgraded to the iPhone 12 from an S20 FE 5G... but I've ran into a HUGE roadblock! No matter how many sim cards we try, or phones, my phone will not activate! Any calls I try to make direct me to 611. I cannot receive calls either. Can't get texts either, or send them even through iMessage. I have absolutely no data either. Has anyone else had this issue with the iPhone 12 and gotten past it?? Tech Support isn't even sure what's going on because my sim says its active. My IMEI isn't blocked. None of that. Are there any ways to even fix this on your own? We've drawn it down to the fact that it's NOT the phone, or the sim card. Its something to do with my service. Any help with this is greatly appreciated!!
I admit - we are older folks but we aren’t stupid. We had been with Sprint for well over 20 years so we were used to things being handled efficiently. We never had problems with Sprint so when Sprint sold to T-Mobile we thought we would just go with T-Mobile. What a mistake! Sales people in the local store don’t know what they are doing and tell “fibs” to make sales. I can’t reach anyone on the phone in customer support due to super long wait times. I can’t find a chat option for a human being on the web site. I’ve looked through customer support questions and the option to cancel the plans eludes me. I have been trying to cancel the protection plans on my phones since I became a customer. The sales person at the store never said we were buying these plans. We were told we HAD to sign all papers presented or we would not get the phones. I got my new phone today and it talks about the T-Mobile SIM Card but there isn’t on in the box the phone came in, is that shipped separately?
The app prompts for my TMo-ID & Password; i enter the info and click log in. From there it gets stuck in a loop of showing “processing” and then a screen with just a spinning pink circle. It will sit for 15-30 minutes looping back and fourth between those two screens before finally just timing-out and having to start over. For the last 1&½ months I have been bounced between departments to never get an answer. I have factory restored, re-installed the app, reset my TMo-ID info, iPhone is up to date… Nothing else to try, APP does NOT function. Nobody seems to have any interest in figuring out what is wrong.
Visual Voicemail is not working for me. I have been with T-Mobile for 16 years and did not have this problem until recently. It began on an iPhone SE - suddenly stopped showing me voicemails. I tried every fix I could until finally an Apple rep suggested erasing and restoring the phone, which I didn’t want to do. Once my phone broke, however, I upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro, and the Visual Voicemail still isn’t working. I recently resent the PIN. I made sure that voicemail itself works (pressing/holding 1 on the keypad) and when I call my own number, I hear the recorded greeting that I made. However, the Voicemail app in Phone doesn’t recognize that there is a greeting there, and can’t connect to make a new greeting. On another thread from a few years ago, a T-Mobile rep recommended “The solution was to remove the voicemail to text feature in our backend system to allow the visual voicemail to work.” Is that what I need to do, and how do I do it?
Bought my first and only smartphone 7 years ago, so please excuse my basic questions. I'm in Legacy prepaid Pay As You Go plan. 1) when I go to Apple store to buy new phone, do I select the phone that's $30 cheaper with T-Mobile service or the more expensive Unconnected phone. I'm thinking that even though I am a prepaid customer who doesn't have a contract with T-Mobile, I'm a customer for their service, right? 2) after I get the new iPhone, can I bring it to a T-Mobile store to have them transfer my account to the new phone? A store employee did this setup for me in 2014, and I'm hoping this assistance is still offered. Thank you.
