I just changed my apple watch(that had a cellular plan) to pair to a different phone, and now it says that I am not eligible to enable cellular. How do I fix this?
I want to buy an iphone 15 plus, not making any payments, but buy it. I asked tmobile if there was any discount they could offer me for being their long term customer. The 50 percent discount after system review which would be up to 7 to 9 days. I asked why so long and what is the criteria the system is looking for. They then said they would speed up system review to 48 hours, but never said what the criter is. Am I wasting my time by waiting. I want to buy it outright no payment plan.

Hello, I bought an Iphone 14 unlocked in a Apple Store in EUA, I travelled back to Brazil and I was using a ESIM from here (Vivo), and 21 june my IMEI was blocked by T-Mobile for no reason.Can anyone help me with this?
I have a iPhone 14 pro trade in promotion i got for upgrading my plan. I believe I'm getting 800 in credit so monthly I pay 8 bucks for it.I wondered if (even though the promo is for 24 months ) I can put more money on it from time to time to eventually finish paying it off/lower the balance instead of only paying 8 dollars monthly, so I can change my plan to a cheaper plan, since I got the promo for upgrading to the new premium plan go2plus or whatever it's called. I've been told paying anything extra on a promo phone would cause tmobile to charge me the full balance the next bill after. Please help.
I’ve been sending to a plain/text email to my SMS via number@tmomail.net everyday for years, and it has stopped working the last couple of weeks. My email server replies with this: The following address failed: ###########@tmomail.net: multiple delivery attempts failed A few messages have gone through, but most of them fail. I’ve tried sending from different email accounts and they all fail. Seems like Tmobile’s server is down. Are there any workarounds?

My payment date changed and I wasn’t aware it would as I have auto pay set. How can I request it to be changed back to the original date? Thank you.
For several months my password to my online account is being changed without my authorization or knowledge. It isn’t until I receive a Thank You text from T Mobile that let’s me know the password has been changed. For me to reset the password I need to verify account, confirmation number received by text, then a confirmation text to verify I made the change. How does someone that does not know the password or have my account information and cell phone to verify change has been made. This is extremely frustrating and annoying. I’ve talked with a T Mobile customer service person several times but still password is changed or updated by someone else. Please help. Thank you.
I have an Apple Pro Max 14. I cannot text pictures to anyone with an Android phone, this includes my husband who is on my T-mobile plan. I have to email him pictures. I have been on the phone with tech support and it worked for like 2 pictures and then stopped. It is really frustrating!!! Help!!!

I recently ported an AT&T cell phone number to Sprint T-Mobile (I’m a legacy Sprint customer). However, the phone cannot receive calls. It is an iPhone XR. When calling the number, the message states that the phone number is not in service. Everything else works - outgoing calls can be made and the number/phone receives and sends texts, FaceTime works for both incoming and outgoing. We have been to the T-Mobile store and they have been on the phone with the help line. In addition, we have called the help line three times. No one can figure out the problem to be able to fix it. All of the phone’s settings are set to allow incoming calls, i.e. DND for voice is turned off. Any suggestions from anyone?

Recently T-Mobile implemented (with asking) call silencing for all calls not in my contacts or I’ve recently called, as I understand it. I am now missing important calls. How do I either turn off this function, or change settings? I use iPhone SE.

I am getting tons of messages from someone in 676 area code. The messages have NO option to STOP. Can I, somehow, block all messages from area code 676? I can block each message individually. but the 10-digit phone number keeps changing! HELP????

So I just got the iPhone XR and I was replacing its SIM card with the old one from my iPhone SE - long story short I don't know which is which anymore. How do I tell which SIM card is the new one from the XR and which one is the old one from the SE?
My newly installed Feit Electric floodlight camera device is not pairing. The device & iPhone must both connect thru 2.4Gh channels. I don’t know how to make this happen nor do I have visibility to such details.
