iPhone 12, one ring goes straight to voice mail

Good morning, my iPhone 12 for whatever reason will get one incoming call (ring) and before I can pick it up goes straight to voice mail. I have followed recommendations list on other sites to fix the issue but it still does the same thing. Any help ?
