I have iPhone 14 Pro Max coupled weeks ago it has the signal or calls drop frequently on T-Mobile . it hard to talk on phone to everyone. How to fix that problem please give me any ideas

My wife is on her phone for calls more often than I and when we have had conversations longer than 5-10mins, the calls drop at least 2 times and the sound cuts in and out.  Parts of the conversation are missed.

Same problem - I’m in vegas. Dropped calls and signal issue’s constantly since I switched to this new phone.

chances are it’s the intel modem.  It’s not as good as qualcomms modem.  Apple has been moving away from using Qualcomm modems.

Apple uses the new Qualcomm X65 modem across all four new iPhone 14 models.

I’m in Vegas too and am having call quality issues all over town. I am told by T-Mobile that a cell tower by me is down, but this shouldn’t affect my call quality 30 miles away. I had the Apple Store run tests on the phone and they confirmed all the hardware is operating normally. It appears to either be an issue with T-Mobile’s network or the iPhone’s software - one of their updates soon after release included a fix for Carplay calls, but I am still having issues in the car. For now I am switching Voice & Data to LTE only.

I looked it up and noticed they stuck with QC.  The 13 and older was 50/50 on which one you’d get because Apple didn’t like the deal QC was giving them or something like that.  Maybe they worked something out.

Have you guys tried the beta versions?  I know they are using a different radio firmware which might fix your issue.
