iPhone 14 PRO pre paid plan

Hi, I have an iPhone 13 PRO with a pre paid T-Mobile plan. I bought an iPhone 14 PRO, but I couldn’t move the eSIM from the 13 to the 14 using the Apple interface. What should I do?

this question you might opt to contact TMO either through calling them or the preferred would be through one of their social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter..

 

‘i cant think of anyone in here that is knowledgeable with the ways of the ESIM.
