I received a message that my jump on demand lease was ending on 5-5-2021.  I don’t remember having jump on demand.  So do I have a lease?  Or can I still make payments on my phone.  765 398-0878

you can contact T-Mobile to setup a payment plan for the last 6 months on the remainder of what’s left.

I have the same issue.  I signed-up for the pre-order iPhone 12 trade-in and paid extra up front for it.  There should be no $120 fee now, nor any need for me to return it.

Jump on demand is different than an EIP
It is broken down in 18 out of 24 months.  If you paid extra it lowers the per month for 18 months and you’d still have a 6 months difference.  If you want to keep the device you still have to pay off the remaining 6 months.  You can break it down or pay it off.
