Well I certainly hope everyone else who ordered 10/23 or before got their phones, because T-Mobile screwed me. The card I used to pay for the iphone 12 pro gold was compromised, so I had to get a new card. I called T-Mobile twice prior to my phone shipping to try and change the card information. I was told both times I need to let the card decline before I can change my payment. I was “guaranteed” I won’t lose my place in line when that card declines, and that I would have a chance to change my payment before my order was cancelled. Well, I got the email my card declined on Friday, 12/4 at midnight. I called at 7 am, changed card information and was told all was good. Then got a text Friday mid-day that my card did not go through. Checked the status and it says “kept on hold” with ship dates for January-February. So they kicked me to the back of the line when I tried to do the right thing and do what T-Mobile told me to do and I am still being punished. I made 3 calls over the weekend and was told basically nothing. This is terrible business practice and I am angry. 

Finally my card has been charged an my phone was shipped. It should arrive this evening. Who knows if this is due to my incessant nagging or if it just so happened it finally worked out? Just glad to be done with this. 

I’m glad it finally worked out for you. I am still waiting on mine and the estimated dates got pushed back to 1/26/21-2/16/21. I’ve been calling and messaging them but they just keep telling me that they don’t have any in stock and waiting for Apple to send them some. 

Update: My card finally got charged yesterday and my phone was shipped this morning. I guess calling and messaging them did speed up the process.

My husband and I ordered ours in a T-Mobile store on November 7th my husband ordered iPhone 12 pro  blue and I ordered iPhone 12 pro gold. We order as two separate transactions so they can ship out as they become available.. my husband received hers on 11/30. My phone has yet to be shipped

Do you have an update on yours yet? I ordered the same phone on the same date with the same estimated shipping dates. It’s now 12/1 and my order status is still “being processed” and no updates at all. 

Nope! I spoke to a couple people yesterday and basically got “well those dates are estimates, we can't send phones until we get them from apple, etc.” Still showing “being processed” with the same dates. :( 

That sucks. :( I checked mine this morning too and still the same.

Update: iPhone shipment window is now 12/1 - 12/3.  UPS My Choice shows label was created with estimated delivery date of 12/3

Well after a month wait and constantly calling about the status I finally received my pacific blue iPhone 12 pro. Now to spend all day playing with the new features

Same boat. Ordered pacific blue on October 25th and all they ever tell me is the phone is backordered. So frustrating especially when others order a phone and get it within the week. I'm close to canceling with T-Mobile completely.

I still haven't got any notification for my order. What's going on here?? Do we really have issues with iphone 12 pro stock??

Congrats! I wish I could say that. I ordered my iPhone 12 pro Pacific Blue 256gb on 25-Oct and Estimated ship date is 11/17-12/1… still no sign of shipping :( :(

Hey everyone, I ordered 12 pro 256gb pacific blue on Oct 25th. Status page still shows backordered with delivery between 11/17-12/01 and no charges or anything on card. Anyone know status on these popular colors and if this window is still accurate?? Thanks!

That is one of the device that had a slight delay with shipping due to popularity. I think a good indication of shipping is when your card is charged. Keep an eye on your bank account for the charge.

So does that mean that those dates are no longer accurate? 

It’s an estimate. Device availability plays a part into the shipping date too.

So now I was looking my bank account and, they charged my card on nov 16 but now I have what they charged me in my account again… I don’t know what is happening, calling tmobile right away
