Whether I do anything depends on T-Mobile offering similar trade in credit and the loyalty credit offered last year. If it does, I’ll for for a Pro Max.

Seems like a lot of T-Mobile users, including me, are having trouble with the T-Mobile verification on the Apple Upgrade program’s Pre-Order site.  Getting the “Your T-Mobile account is not supported on apple.com”.  This is my 3rd year using iUP and first time with any issue.  Called T-Mobile and doesn’t seem like anyone knows what’s going on.  You guys should bring your old CEO back.

The new phone looks great! Can you post JOD pricing for iPhone 13 Pro or point me to a link with pricing? Thanks in advance.

Same here. I don’t get that exact message but lots of T-Mobile customers are having problems with verifying their carrier information through Apple’s pre-order setup. I get a message about not being able to verify my wireless number/account. And it gives us no additional information about why or what’s happening. Just that I should try later.

@twinedwriter we do have a section on our newsroom page that shows iPhone Offers for Everyone. This would include monthly bill credit options as well. You should check it out if you haven’t already to see if they fit your needs. I hope they do so you can get this awesome new phone.

@Abedi sorry to hear you’re having some trouble. Our Tech Care team should be able to send up a Help Desk ticket for you if there’s not one created already. We want everyone that wants the phone to get it so we’ll work hard on our end to get this squared away as quickly as possible.

@bornitz I don’t see a JOD offer at this time, but the newsroom link I posted earlier has info on the deals we’re offering to folks to give you an idea of what the cost will be. Thanks for posting.

Hi Mike, someone on the macrumors forums figured it out.  Accounts that had GSA discounts applied, even though the discounts haven’t applied in years, have had their accounts marked as GSA.  Service rep over at T-Mobile help was able to change it to individual and I was able to submit my upgrade pre-order from Apple.

Hey. I’ve tried to search for this in numerous ways but don’t see a previous question.

I’m trying to fill out the Apple preorder form ready for the preorder release on Friday and I get to the point where it wants to verify my T-Mobile account. The form asks for my wireless number and the last 4 digits of my SSN. When I enter the details it says the SSN does not match.

I have a prepaid plan so there is likely no SSN linked to my cell number. Is there a workaround or solution to this?

Thanks in advance!

Unfamiliar with how the billing credit thing works? I've always bought unlocked from Apple before. I have an XS Max on a Magenta Max plan and thinking of trading-in for a 13 Pro Max. If I understand the terms correctly, I will get $800 credit for my trade-in towards a $1100 new phone. So I’ll pay the $1100 over 30 months, or $36.67/mo, and T-Mo credits me $800 over 30 months, or $26.67/mo - for a monthly net-increase of $10 over 30 months. Correct or no?

After reviewing the promotions, I’m very disappointed. T-Mobile is focusing everything on Magenta Max, despite the fact many of us have been with the company a long time. I’m on One 55 Unlimited, and I do not use much data. I have no need for Magenta Max, and I’m quite sure T Mobile makes plenty of money off me.

T Mobile, take care of your customers. All customers Legere did.

How do I pre order iPhone 13

At what time can we call Tmobile to secure a pre-order tomorrow on the Sept, 17th?  I been told three different answers when speaking with Tmobile Customer Service Representatives.  One told me 7amCST, one told me 8amCST, and the last person said they take my pre-order starting at 3amCST.  I like to know before I set an alarm for 3am, hehe.  Thanks!

Not much activity this year. After thinking on it a spell, it made sense to upgrade my plan. I ordered the Pro Max this morning, for shipping 9/27 - 10/5

Question. I didn’t address shipping in the order. Can that be amended to next day?

@twinedwriter sounds like you found a good plan for you and took advantage of getting an upgrade. I do hope you feel good about it, and still get all you need on your plan.

You mentioned you didn’t address the shipping. Do you mean you didn’t enter an address when you tried to process the order or the order has the wrong address?

@Lnunley you can use the preorder link on our T-Mobile homepage. You can also call in, but that link will let you do it yourself.

On balance, yes. It was my decision to make, not one forced upon me. And the customer service has been excellent all week, as I’ve interacted a few times on Facebook.

Turns out, it is next day shipping, and so all is well there.

I really hope they’re shipped out before 9/27. I’ve seen some people get Samsung flagships a couple days before they’re “technically” officially released, so I genuinely hope its the same with this launch. My phone is running on fumes and I didn’t want to hope I would be able to get it in store on launch day.

I preordered on 9/17 @ 4:54 am. Shipping estimate date says 9/24-9/27. I paid for next day shipping so I expect it to get shipped out sooner.

This is really not a 1000 offer. The qualifying phone is worth $300 which is given to you as a credit against your bill or towards the payoff of an outstanding Device. You do receive credit for $700 over 30 months But they bill you $10.99 each month to recoup the $300 that they gave you for your device  at the beginning of the contract.  Buyer beware.

I ordered my phone at 5:02ish signed my EIP at 5:09AM on the 17th. Today I was informed that T-Mobile made an error and  my order had been canceled. I contacted support, I go to the end of the line and will get my phone when I get my phone so just deal with it. Great customer service T-Mobile, you  are the true uncarrier.

I’m having this issue right now on the apple store website. I keep getting an error saying my phone number is unable to be upgraded. There’s an issue with my phone number.

Since September 17th I’m not able to place an upgrade order through apple.com. After it verifies my phone number and SSN fine, it shows you have an outstanding balance on T-Mobile account while my balance on account is zero and all phones are paid off.

When I hit continue button it gives me an error saying You request couldn’t be processed

Called T-Mobile customer service and apple help but it is still unresolved. Spent over 7 hours talking on phone. So frustrating…
