Is there anyway I can message someone from Tmobile? I have a quick question

 

Bummer on my side too. Ordered the Pro Max for myself, standard pro for my wife and mini for my daughter (in that order). Wife's was charged a few days ago, mine and my daughters was charged yesterday. Today I got shipping notifications that my wife and my daughter's phone will arrive tomorrow, nothing on mine. Womp. Womp. That's what I get for ordering 2 hours after the window opened, haha. 

Don't think it matters when you ordered it, I think. I ordered my Pro Max at 7:55 AM EST on the 17th, just got charged yesterday, but no shipping email yet. I thought pre-orders would be on a first come, first served, basis, but apparently not. And if the Pro Max's are delayed for some reason, at least tell us, T-Mobile

@comp and @Jorue you do have the option to cancel your orders. Keep in mind, if you do that and wait to get it at the store, the inventory of the device you want may not be there. Pre-ordering does giver you the advantage of locking in your device and not having to worry about them flying off the shelf before you get there. Just thought I’d make you two aware of the risk, but it’s still your choice.

@Jknepp that is a bummer to hear, but thanks for coming here to post. As you mentioned with the charge, it’s likely yours will be coming shorthly after your wife and daugthers. So, you’ll be a new iPhone 13 family! Hopefully they don’t tease you while you’re waiting for yours to show up.

@Clbendi I’d say the same for you. Seems like you got your order early. I’d say as long as you didn’t have any errors I mentioned in a previous post, I’d what on the charge. That’s normally a sign the device is shipping to you.

@mycelus sorry you’ve had so many issues with ordering. This should’ve been way easier and more fluid. I checked and did see we’ve had some issues with folks ordering through our self-service options, i.e. MyT-Mobile app and the MyT-Mobile website. Our Care folks should be able to process the order for you on their end to get the phone out to you. I noticed also we did have shipping mismatch issues around the time you placed your original order but that has since been resolved. I’m now seeing that shipping info on MyTmo’s website and the app should be accurate.

 

I understand this doesn’t take away from anythign you experienced. I wish there was more I could do to change what happened. What I can say based on my experience in the past with other pre-orders is that likely once you’re charged, the device is normally ready to ship.

You are likely in the 2nd wave of shipments based off your date. First wave so far is 24t to 24th or 27th to 4th.

 

28th to 5th is likely 2nd wave unless you get bumped up. The estimates are conservative so customers don’t get mad.

I heard delivery is based on availability.  So if you ordered graphite with 1tb- that might be more available than the base model of 128.

A lot of folks who got 27th - 4th will still get theirs on the 24th, depending on availability. Very normal for it to get bumped up. I’ve seen it happen previous launches with others many times.

My original order was placed on 9/17 (day of pre-order) at 5:06 AM PST, but I got a text saying “due to an isolated issue, your order was not completed.” Called and spoke to 8 ppl, they all said “your order doesn’t show up in our system” despite getting an order #.

I re-ordered the next day at 9/18 right after I got that text, and it said 9/24 to 9/24

Sucks when you have a negative experience. Totally understandable.  I have been with t-mobile over 10 years and in my opinion- they keep getting better. I’m excited about the new forever trade program. Sounds much better than JUMP.

I preordered the iPhone 13 Mini last week. My bank account was debited for whatever the fee was for. It was $16.61, I can’t remember what it’s classified as. I did not receive a confirmation email, and there is nothing on the website showing that I have a phone on preorder. It just shows my 12 from last year. I’m also still getting the preorder advertising when I login, even though I already preordered. If nothing is online, and I never got any sort of confirmation, how am I supposed to know that it went through. All I can see is that my account was debited and nothing else processed.

double check your spam folder in case it tossed the response in there

They dropped your order. I got a text 36 hours later saying mine never went through. Sorry bud.
