Text message from t-Nobile (YES T-Nobile) wanting me to take a short survey in order to receive three 4th of July gifts. I am guessing this is a scam.

Got a similar message yesterday from +1 (479) 789-7136
Continually receiving (daily) text messages from 1-804-735-0015 multiple “take this survey for your free gift” then wants my cc number for “only shipping & handling”.
Is this actually from TMobile??
