Has anyone had issues with calling people on there phone list and it show unknown on the other side phone

You should give the Outgoing caller ID steps a try that are on our Caller ID troubleshooting page. Making sure the software is up to date is a good start but I’d take it step further and see if the issue’s following the SIM card by testing it in another phone if you have one.
